1. Overview
These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the Secure Ride Fleet Alerts text messaging program operated by Secure Ride Technologies, LLC (“Secure Ride Fleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration, you agree to these SMS Terms. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of creating an account or purchasing any product or service.
2. Program description
When you opt in, we send account and fleet event alert text messages related to your Secure Ride Fleet account. These are transactional, account-related notifications, which may include alerts for device events (such as alcohol-detection results, vehicle impact or hard-braking events, and geofence activity), account and security notices, and service updates. This program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on activity in your account and fleet. You may receive messages whenever a qualifying event occurs.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier. Secure Ride Fleet is not responsible for any carrier message or data charges you incur. Check your mobile plan for details.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. You may also turn off SMS notifications in your account settings. To rejoin, opt in again from your account or reply START.

7. Supported carriers
Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carrier support may change at any time without notice.
8. Your mobile information is never sold or shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold to, any third party or lead generator. Information you provide in connection with this SMS program is used only to deliver the messages you have requested and to operate Secure Ride Fleet. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. By opting in, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the number you provide is yours.
10. Changes to these SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
