Secure Ride Technologies, LLC (“Secure Ride Fleet,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a fleet management platform combining GPS tracking, alcohol interlock devices, and dash cameras. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Secure Ride Fleet, you agree to this Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate the platform, including:

• Account information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and password.
• Fleet and device data — GPS location and trip data, dash camera events and video, and alcohol interlock (ALC-303) test results associated with your account.
• Billing information — processed through our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage information — log data and device/browser information when you use the platform.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Secure Ride Fleet platform.
• Deliver the notifications you request, including email and (if you opt in) SMS alerts.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription.
• Secure the platform, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS / mobile information and text messaging

If you opt in to the Secure Ride Fleet Alerts text messaging program, we use your mobile phone number solely to send the account and fleet event alert messages you requested. SMS opt-in is optional and is never required to create an account or use Secure Ride Fleet.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, our messaging and email providers, and our payment processor), and only to the extent needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law. As stated above, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not share mobile/SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the platform and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. We use industry-standard administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You can update your account information, change your notification preferences, and opt out of SMS at any time from your account settings or by replying STOP to a text. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at the address below.

8. Children's privacy

Secure Ride Fleet is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
